I received an offer for the SDE-1 (New Grad) role. My fixed pay was 18 LPA. I was offered a joining bonus of 2 L. Variable pay based on performance was 2 L. ESOPs worth 12 L, vesting over 4 years (approx. 3 L/year), were included. The total compensation for the 1st year was ~25 L. I am an IIT graduate.
