Recently went through the Wipro hiring process and wanted to share everything in detail โ€” rounds, package, role, preparation strategy, and what actually matters.

This will help especially 2024 / 2025 / 2026 /2027 batches.

  • Role: Project Engineer / Associate Software Engineer
  • Work Type: Mostly On-site (depends on project allocation)
  • Package (Typical Campus Offers):
    • โ‚น3.5 LPA (Base Track)
    • โ‚น4.5โ€“6.5 LPA (Elite / Turbo depending on performance & category)
  • Bond: Generally 12 months (varied by program)
  • Service Agreement: Applicable for some tracks
  • Location: PAN India (based on business needs)
