Full Experience
Hey everyone!
I wanted to share my interview experience for the Software Trainee role at Reflex Solution. Hope this helps someone preparing for similar roles.
🟢 Round 1: Group Discussion (GD)
- Topic: Impact of EV (Electric Vehicles)
- The panel was judging on communication, content, and how well we could express our thoughts.
I spoke about how EVs help reduce pollution, government subsidies, and the challenges like charging infrastructure.
🟢 Round 2: Personal Interview (PI)
- This was a mix of HR and basic screening.
They asked about -:
- My understanding of the role and expectations.
- Salary discussion – be prepared with your expected CTC.
- Academic projects – I explained my major project in detail.
- Questions on certifications I’ve done (like Java,Aws, etc.).
- My family background – just to get to know me better.
🟢 Round 3: Technical Interview
This was the core technical round.
- They went deeper into my project, especially asking:
- Architecture
- Technologies used
- Challenges faced
- Then moved on to Unit Testing – I was asked how I tested my code and if I used any frameworks (like JUnit).
- Asked questions on:
- Constructors in Java – types, overloading, etc.
- A Profit & Loss question (basic aptitude).
So be ready with basic math too.
Final Thoughts:
- Prepare your project explanation well – that’s what they focus on the most.
- Keep your basics in Java, OOP, and testing clear.
- Don't ignore the GD round – it’s your first impression.
Overall, the interviewers were friendly and supportive.
Let me know if anyone has questions. Happy to help!
