[UPDATE 1] First interview at Mastercard L7 (Senior Java Backend Engineer)

Hey everyone! I'm going to have a interview on the Mastercard in two days

It's a Senior role for Java. Anyone here made the interview for Mastercard those days ? How it was ? They made system design questions or algorithm questions ? What was your impression about the company ?

UPDATE 1:

Hey guys, just finalized the interview. It was more a comportamental and backgroud interview, dosent have any system design question or tech question on this first interview.

How it was: She told me what it's the project I will be alocated in case I pass. Explained the chalenges and present some infos about Mastercard. After that, I introduce myself and my professional background, and talk about my 2 most recents experiences.

Then she started ask some questions.

1.What it was your biggest techinal challenge and how you solve it?

2.Tell me about one time you disagreed on an techinical decision and what you did

3.Have you ever have experience on mentoring inttern, junior, mid levels ?

Afther that we talk a little more about the project challenges, and I asked some questions for her about the company, culture, projects..

It was a good talk and i feelt confident on my anserws (I have simulated almost all the same questions talnkig with the GPT lol)

Now the next step is an 1 hour live coding with 2 developers of the team. (NOW I'M NERVOUS).

The live coding don't have a date yet. After the live coding interview, I came here to talk about it.
