Heaters
You are given two integer arrays houses and heaters where houses[i] is the location of the i‑th house and heaters[j] is the location of the j‑th heater. Each heater has the same heating radius r. A house is covered if it lies within r units of any heater. Return the minimum integer radius r required to cover all houses.
