WTF is wrong with Glean??

I interviewed for a Backend Engineer role at Glean, reached the System Design round, but received an automated rejection after both the DSA and System Design interviews.
Full Experience
I Recently interviewed with Glean for the Backend Engineer role. Got rejection after the System Design Round. Some of my friends interviewed with glean earlier, and they got rejection in the same manner on the exact same interview round on the exact same question.
Even though the interview went well, received the automated rejection mail next day and next interviews were cancelled. Recruiter stopped picking up the calls and didn't provide any feedback. Exact same thing happened with my friends as well.
The interviewer ended the interview 10 min early and didn't want to discuss anything further related to the question, but was open for me to ask the questions. Same thing happened with my friends as well. Interestingly, the question asked in the System design round was same for all of us. Also, the question asked in DSA round was also same.

The System design question was to Design Web Crawler with each host having specific QPS value that was needed to be respected.
I’m not sure whether they’re serious about hiring or just playing a joke. I’ve never seen multiple candidates rejected in the same way, only for the recruiters to ghost everyone afterward. FYI, we’re all IIT graduates working at high‑value startups and reputable companies.
Did anyone else had a similar experience with Glean?
