Eightfold visited my college for hiring the Agentic AI – Engineering Intern role for the 2026 batch. I applied on 4 Nov 2025 and received an acknowledgment email. The AI coding interview was a 60-minute assessment with 2 coding questions conducted by an AI agent. It had follow-up questions about edge cases, alternative approaches, and time/space complexity. The assignment round required building an AI agent showcasing natural interaction and agentic behavior. The technical interview was DSA-focused with multiple coding questions, where I solved 2 DSA questions and partially addressed a third one due to time constraints. The result is pending.
