Summary
I successfully interviewed for the SDE II role at AWS in March 2025 and was selected. This post details the coding problems and leadership principle questions I encountered during my onsite interviews.

I will be sharing the coding problems and (some of) the LP questions from the Onsite inteviews.
Onsite LP questions
I do not remember everything that was asked. Questions were however pretty standard and I recall these:
- Tell me about a situation where you delivered and exceeded expectations.
- Tell me about a hard technical problem you needed to solve and how you approached it.
- Tell me about a time where you needed to make a decision without clear/enough information/data.
- Tell me about a time where you disagreed with your manager/PM on some important matter/decision.
Onsite coding problems
- LRU Cache
