Anthropic Phone Screen | Easy pass. Small question bank

I'm sharing my phone screen experience with Anthropic. I noted their small question bank for coding and system design. I successfully cleared the online assessment, the recruiter call, and the phone interview where I was asked the Stack Trace problem, moving me forward to the onsite round.
Full Experience
I noticed not many people have shared their experience interviewing with Anthropic. I'm currently going through the process and just went through the phone screen, so I figured I'd share and help out. One thing I noticed when prepping is that the current question bank for both the coding phone screen and system design rounds appears to be very small. From what I have seen from other posts like this one and reddit, is there are only a handful of reported questions for each stage. I've seen people get asked a variation of the LC webcrawler question lot but I haven't been asked it yet.
Online Assessment
I was given an online assessment. It ended being the exact problem I had already practiced, so this went pretty well.Recruiter / HR Call
After passing the OA, I had a recruiter call that focused mainly on:- Resume walkthrough
- Why Anthropic
- What I know about their values and mission
Phone Interview
The recruiter call also went smooth and I got a link to mloop to schedule the tech screen. Before the interview, I practiced all the known coding questions I could find During the actual phone interview, I was asked the Stack Trace problem, which was another of the questions I had specifically prepared.Overall Thoughts

A variation of the LeetCode webcrawler question. I had seen people get asked this frequently.
Maximum Number of Points on a Line
An online assessment problem that was an exact match to a problem I had practiced previously. I was given this during an online assessment for Anthropic.
Stack Trace Problem
During the phone interview, I was asked the Stack Trace problem, which I had specifically prepared for.
Preparation Tips
I prepared by noticing the small question bank for Anthropic's coding phone screen and system design rounds, drawing information from other posts and Reddit. I specifically practiced all known coding questions I could find, including the Stack Trace problem, which I was asked in my phone interview. For the recruiter call, I prepared answers for a resume walkthrough, 'Why Anthropic', and questions about their values and mission.
