Full Experience

ADVICE : Prepare stories and LPs very very seriously, think of follow ups and prepare answers for all possible scenarios using STAR method. Go from Brute to Better to Optimal, explain every single thing that you are thinking, give good variable names and debug and complete dry run.

Round 1 (60 minutes): 2 DSA problems : (1 Medium, 1 Hard)

  2. Rotten Oranges
Round 2 (~60 minutes): 1 DSA problem (1 Hard) + LP based questions
  1. DSA: Merge k sorted linked lists
Leadership principles:
  1. Tell me about a time you dived deep and optimized something.
  2. Tell me about time where you completed a project on your own.
  3. Tell me about how will you communicate if you think you will miss deadline.
Round 3 (Hiring Manager Round) (35 minutes)

Can you describe a complex problem you encountered that required in-depth research, development of proof of concepts, and exploration of multiple solutions to address the issue? [LPS : DEEP DIVE, EARN TRUST, CUSTOMER OBSESSION]
I discussed my work for only ~25 minutes. Interviewer had 15 year exp (11 years at Amazon, SDM).

Result:
On 27th October, in evening recruiter called me and I finally got to heard the golden words "Congratulations, Welcome to Amazon", she explained offer details. On 28th Oct, I received "You got the job!!" mail and Onboaring process got started.
