Current Org: Small Startup College: Tier-1 YOE: 8+ Current Comp: 60L Base + 5L Bonus + 20L ESOPs per year (will not materialize to any value)

Round 1 - Screening call Normal call with HR on projects.

Take home assignment Build a chat based google workspace assistant, that can answer queries based on search across mail, calendar, drive. Can send mails and schedule events and other actions also.

Round 2 - Assignment review

  • How to scale arch to 1M users
  • Proper code walk through

Verdict: Reject in this round, as assignment was mostly vibe coded, did not have proper code walk idea.
