Software engineering salaries

My current company is a startup, and my current compensation is 19 LPA fixed. The offer from Toast is for the role of SE-2. The fixed component of the offer is 26 LPA. I am being offered a joining bonus of 1 Lakh. The offer includes 15000 USD in stocks, to be vested equally over 4 years. My total compensation for the 1st year is approximately 29 LPA. I am questioning if this salary is on the lower end for an SDE-2 role, considering my experience level. I am also considering if this salary hike is worth switching companies or if I should look for better offers. My current company is willing to match the compensation, but I am concerned about their financial stability and potential layoffs. I am prioritizing brand over a significant hike and want to know if Toast is a good brand.
