I am in the negotiation phase for a Decision Scientist role at Tesco. I am seeking guidance on the CTC range to set my expectations for negotiation. YOE: 2.5 Years Education: B.Tech from IIT Role: Decision Scientist

I received a job offer from Tesco. The offered compensation includes 84 Lakhs INR as fixed salary and a 16 Lakhs INR bonus. I am currently evaluating this offer against another one and would appreciate community input to help in my decision-making process.

No counter offers, and I accepted the offer.
