I received an offer from Target for a Senior Software Engineer (L5) role. Base Salary: ₹42 LPA Variable Bonus: 10% Approximate Total Compensation: ~₹46.2 LPA Standard Target Benefits are included. I am looking for advice on Work-Life Balance, growth, and learning opportunities, especially regarding distributed systems, scale, ownership, and yearly increments/refreshers.

I received an offer from Target as an Engineer (L4) in Bangalore, with a fixed salary of 18 LPA.

I received an offer for the L4 (Backend) position. The base salary offered is 25 LPA (including PF). I will receive a 7% bonus on the base salary. A joining bonus of 1.5 lakhs is provided for the first year. Relocation assistance of 50K is also included. Standard Target benefits are part of the package.

My experience is 2.3 Years (FTE) + 7 Months (Internship). The offer includes a Base salary of 18.5 LPA. There is a Variable component of 7% of the Base. A Relocation Bonus of 50K INR is also offered. Other benefits include Target General Benefits (Health Insurance, GYM etc.). I have a 3-month notice period at my current company. I feel this offer might be a lowball.
