Software engineering salaries

I applied for the role through LinkedIn. Round 1 (Managerial): I discussed the Sumo Logic product, the team, and the tech stack used (Golang). I talked about my work experience and projects I led recently. Round 2 (Data Structures & Algorithms): I solved the majority element problem with an optimal approach (voting algorithm). I solved the max area of islands problem using DFS. Round 3 (System Design): I designed a distributed Job scheduler, explaining how a user should be able to schedule jobs in two ways (once or recurring). A verbal offer was extended by the manager after the process, detailing: 35 LPA base + 3.8 LPA bonus + 4 LPA retention bonus (after 1st year). However, I did not receive a concrete offer. The reason provided was that my notice period (60 days) was higher than their expectation.
