Salary Expectation What should be an approximate expectation for a Backend Enginner for 3.5+ yoe (in INR)? I am asking because, I always get confused on this part while discussing for offers & I feel it gets me lowballed. I am personally very bad at negotiating, hence looking for tips and hints before I have to entertain the call tomorrow. The company is a medium range recently established startup in Bangalore.

First offer was 90k + 20k stock units, I said it was hard for me to consider and they said they would comeback with a new offer; Next day, they offered 105k + 20k annual bonus + 10k stock units; 125k + 10k stock units Forgoing 20k annual bonus for 10k for 10k more stock units might've been a mistake on my end of negotiations, only time will tell

Recently I got laid off from my stealth startup. I got 1 month salary as severance. Now i got offer from another startup with almost the same compensation. Should I keep interviewing or join this one or can I travel a little bit and maybe the market will also heal and more companies will start hiring.
