I received an offer for a Senior Software Engineer role. My years of experience are ~6 years. The company is a Saas startup located in Bangalore. The base salary component is 37 LPA. The total compensation for the first year is approximately 48.5 LPA, which includes a 2.5L joining bonus, 6L yearly bonus (15%), and 3L employer PF. I am currently working fully remote with a TC of 34LPA fixed. My current role has great WLB but slow learning and growth. The new offer has potential for lots of learnings but requires moving to Bangalore after remote work, which I find a big hassle. I am questioning if I should try to get my current employer to match the offer or continue looking for remote work.
