Recently received job offers for a Senior Software Engineer position from both Siemens Healthineers and STG Labs. Compensation: 22 LPA, fully fixed STG Labs (Simphony Technology Group Labs): Compensation: 25 LPA, fully fixed Role: Software Engineer However, they have agreed to reclassify the role to Senior Engineer on the day of joining via email. In terms of organization, Siemens Healthineers appears to be a more reputable company, and I believe they offer a better work-life balance. However, I am concerned about the potential legacy of their technology stack. STG Labs has a more advanced technology stack, but it is not as large as Siemens. There is a compensation difference as well any inputs will be appricaited which can help me out in choosing the offer.
