Effective Years of Experience (YOE): 3.5 years July 2021: Graduated from a Tier-3 college with an on-campus placement at TCS, securing a package of ~3 LPA. January 2023: Started focusing on improving my skills within the company and received a promotion with a salary hike, bringing my total compensation to ~4 LPA. March 2023: Began solving problems on LeetCode and set my mind to establishing myself in this industry. July 2023: Applied to numerous companies but received no interview calls. October 2023: Started studying diligently, upskilling, and working hard to improve. Successfully cracked multiple offers, with the highest offer being 30 LPA. October 2023: Accepted an offer from ServiceNow with a package of ~30 LPA.
