Software engineering salaries

I applied via referral. My current employer is a small size overseas organization. The offered compensation includes 32L Base, 4.8L Variable, and $48k RSU (vested over 4 years equally), plus benefits. The role requires a hybrid work model (2 days from office in Bangalore). The company is remote-first, but my manager is insisting on 2 days from the office. I am evaluating if this will be a fair offer if I have to relocate to Bangalore, as I currently work from anywhere and save everything.

* Mid-Size company, faster growth. * Remote can live in hometown. * Just did layoffs once in 2023 that too due to accounting error and complaince. * One level up from Senior. * Google WLB rating in glassdor. * Nothing found so far.

* Role: Senior Software Engineer * Company: SentinelOne * Base Salary: 35 LPA * Yearly Bonus: 5L * RSU: 54K over four years * Total compensation for the first year: ~59L

I am about to get an offer from SentinelOne so wanted to understand from the community what are the reviews about the company. I am inclined mostly because it is remote. How is the quality of work, work culture and work life balance like?
