Education: I hold a B.Tech in Computer Science from IIIT Vadodara. Experience: I have 1.6 years of experience. Previous Compensation: My previous compensation was 24 LPA (CTC). Offer Date: The offer was received in November 2025. Mode: The role requires 5 Days Work From Office (WFO). Compensation Breakdown: Base Salary: 30 LPA Equity: 7,000 RSUs (approximately 31L at current valuation), vested over 4 years. Estimated First Year Compensation: Approximately 40 LPA. I had given interview for Safe Security and they are offering me SDE 2 role with base salary of 40 LPA and ESOPS of 30 lakh(vested over 4 years) . My current situation is I am unemeployed as I was laid off from my previous company in Jan 24, and till June I was on career break. My last drawn base salary was 38 LPA and the HR is not agreeing to increase the base even by 10% . So i had feq questions in my mind : a) anyone here who had worked with the company, can you tell me what is the work culture and the managemnt b) Also, should i accept this offer ? I have few interviews lined up in coming weeks. I dont have any other offers as of now
