My first year compensation is estimated to be between 72-73 LPA. Interview Experience: I went through multiple rounds including an Easy LLD question on a delivery tracking system (TPS Round), a behavioral HM round, a coding round on playlist tracking, a challenging system design round for a temporary email service, and another LLD-style coding round related to movie booking. Concerns: I am currently weighing the offer against concerns about Rippling's reported poor Work-Life Balance (12-hour shifts are common), the tech stack (Python / Django) which my HM described as 'meh' with potential for limited technical growth, and the business domain (tax, payroll, HR) which does not particularly excite me.
