My role offered is SDE-2 at Razorpay. The job location is Bangalore. My joining date is October 2025. The fixed component of my compensation is ₹34,00,000. ESOPs offered are ₹18,00,000, vested over 4 years. My total CTC for the first year is ~₹38,50,000, which includes pro-rated ESOPs. HR mentioned budget constraints and that packages were kept conservative as the company is going for an IPO in 1–2 years. Personally, I feel this offer might be lowballed compared to market standards.

Received an offer from Razorpay for the position PDE 1 with a hike of around 40-45%. Expected to work from office twice a week.

Razorpay used to pay good signing bonus and retention bonus earlier (2-5 Lakhs each) but when I asked the recruiter about this, I was told they don't do it anymore. I did NOT accept the offer.
