Software engineering salaries

I received an offer for SDE 2 from Arrise Solutions: Pragmatic Play. I have 4.5 years of experience, including 6 months of internship. The base offer is 49 lakhs (with retirels). Variable pay is approximately 5 lakhs (can go up to 10 lakhs depending on company performance). A joining bonus of 10 lakhs (8 lakhs in the 1st year + 2 lakhs in the 2nd year) is included. My total compensation is 62 lakhs. My notice period is 90 days. The domain is Betting.

Offer Details (2nd Negotiation Round): Fixed: ₹49 LPA (includes employer PF contribution) Variable: ₹5 LPA Gratuity: ₹90K Joining Bonus: ₹4L Total CTC: ~₹59 LPA (2nd round of negotiation) Initial offer was ~₹52 LPA I have a 3 Months Notice Period, which is concerning as many companies do not accept this. I am unsure about accepting this offer due to an insignificant hike. I am not confident about long-term stability due to the company being in the betting/gaming industry with increasing regulatory scrutiny.

Interview experience for SDE-2 Frontend role. Round 1 (Technical) focused on JavaScript fundamentals, DOM behavior, and CSS layout concepts. JavaScript questions covered: Hoisting, setTimeout inside loop, Count Vowels & Consonants, and Reverse Each Word. CSS Theoretical topics included: Flexbox vs Grid, Inline vs Block vs Inline-block, and Hoisting Recap. The outcome was a rejection due to "DSA weak".

I received an offer for SDE 2 Backend at Arrise Pragmatic Play. My base salary is ₹28 LPA. I will receive a Performance Bonus of ₹3 LPA. I will receive a Joining Bonus of ₹2L. My total compensation is ₹33L. Benefits include Fitness Program Fee reimbursement, Medical Insurance, Loyalty Bonus, and Transportation re-imbursement. Relocation benefits include flight tickets reimbursed and Hotel Stay provided.
