Hi everyone, I recently received a verbal offer from Pine Labs for a Software Engineer role with an expected compensation of ~20 LPA (excluding variable). I come from a Tier-1 college and my current package is 18 LPA (Fixed) + 9 LPA (Variable). Additionally, my current company is going through mass layoffs, which has made me consider this offer more seriously. However, I want to make an informed decision before accepting.
