I received an offer from Societe Generale. My role is Specialist Software Engineer (DevOps). The total compensation is 14 LPA (12.5 fixed + 1.5 variable).

I received an offer from OCI for an IC3 level position. My current role is Amazon L5 in Hyderabad, with 5 years of experience. The OCI offer includes a base salary of 42 LPA and a total compensation of 72 LPA for the first year. The role is Remote/Hybrid, requiring 1-2 days per week in the office. It is within an internal product team. I am concerned about this being a lateral move and its potential impact on my career growth after Amazon L5. My plan is to work for a year, receive the first-year stock vest, and then apply for Senior positions in other big tech companies in 2027, leveraging my 5+ YOE. My concerns include potential layoffs/PIP before stock vest, difficulty securing future Senior SDE interviews due to being from Oracle instead of a MAANG company, low/no refreshers/hikes (based on Oracle's reputation), uninteresting work, poor work-life balance, and a toxic team culture.

I wanted to know if there's any scope for negotiation.

I received an offer for a Senior Member Of Technical Staff (SMTS) role. The compensation package includes: Fixed Base: 42 LPA RSUs: 80k USD (assumed 4-year vesting, ~16.6 LPA annually based on 1 USD = 83 INR) The role is remote, which I am inclined towards as it fits my current situation. I am evaluating the offer and considering negotiation for an increase in components.

I got an offer from OCI for IC3 role, but I am confused about the vesting of the RSUs. The offer letter mentions that the RSUs are vested 25% each year. My questions is if I work for 1.5 years at OCI, will my vesting schedule look something like this? 25% - 1st year 12.5% - 2nd year Or I would get ONLY 25% vesting as I didnot complete my second year?
