I have been offered the SDE-2 Role in Bangalore. My CTC is 30 LPA Base + 10% variable (3 LPA), totaling 33 LPA. The role requires 5 days Work From Office with strict 8.5 hours. There are no benefits apart from the CTC. The probation period is 6 months, and the notice period is 2 months. I found the team to be chill, and life seems less stressful compared to Kotak Mahindra Bank. Colleagues mention the 8.5 hours as a negative, but I observe good work-life balance and boundaries.
