I have received an offer for a Director position (grade below VP) at Morgan Stanley CIB Tech in Bangalore. My years of experience (YOE) are 10. The offer consists of a 52 LPA fixed salary plus a year-end bonus. I am seeking advice on whether to negotiate and if the offer is competitive.

I recently cracked Morgan Stanley. The package I received is around 28 LPA. My strengths are in DSA, core SDE concepts, and System Design. I am seeking inputs on whether this is a standard pay for a P2 Associate with 2-3 YOE.

I received an offer for Associate Software Engineer (III) - P3, Java Backend. The role is in the Wealth Management team. The work involves core Java Backend, dealing with real-time and concurrent systems. My fixed salary is 23 LPA. Retirals are 1.4L. I received a Joining Bonus of 1.5L. There is a 2L bonus (not eligible for the current appraisal cycle). My total compensation, excluding the Joining Bonus, is 26.5L.
