I am yet to receive offer from Microsoft. Does Microsoft offer compensation varies based on Interview experience feedbacks. Like someone with all String Hires offerred more compensation than someone with maybe one round as Hire/Lean hire. Does anyone know this.

I informed about the other offers I am expecting to recruiter. **Has anyone negotiated with Microsoft post accepting offer. Can offer get revoked even if I try to softly inform them of other offer numbers** Also, due to certain issues I wanted to switch.

My Total Comp − 52LPA-55LPA (Base - 36) Current Comp ∐ Base 26 + Bonus (20%) My question is has anybody every tried negotiating in Microsoft after they have signed the offer letter and how has the experience being.? I have my rounds going in both salesforce and servicenow and expecting better numbers there.
