Microsoft down levelling to from L63 to L62 I recently went throught couple of rounds with Microsoft, my first 3 rounds went really well, got the feedback within same day or next day, which given the hirign speed in Microsoft seems very fast. Had the last AA round two weeks back, it went okaish. Now I got a call for positive feedback but Recruiter is saying Hiring manager wants to hire me for L62 not L63/64. current YOE - 7.
