The overall process was smooth and fast.

I received an offer from Microsoft for the L62 role. My current CTC is approximately 61 LPA. The base salary offered is 40 LPA. Stocks worth 100K USD will be vested over 4 years (25% each year). An annual bonus of 0-20% is included, with 10% considered average. A joining bonus of 7 LPA is provided (5 LPA in the first year, 2 LPA in the second year). A relocation bonus of 1.5 LPA is also included. My total compensation for the first year would be 72.5 LPA. From the second year onwards, the total compensation would be 68 LPA.

The team majorly works on maintaining storage infra for azure. so I'm guessing no development work but only troubleshooting work.
