I am worried that next year my salary will decrease. Also, my base is decreasing drastically. I was told that I cannot be pushed for L62. Can someone please give some advice? The 10L hit in base seems significant now. I had informed the hiring team that I am expecting a promo + hike in the next few weeks but they didn’t agree to hold the offer. I didn’t have competing offers, so I had to accept at that time. Can I negotiate with MS post offer acceptance?
