Please tell with a valid reasoning

Hi all , I am sharing my offer details , very dramtic scenario happened with me Prev Expereince - 5.10 years currently working in startup , previous Amazon SDE 2 (Laid off) current base - 33 LPA Interviewed with microsoft cleared all rounds , got down levelled to L61 , despite of having Competitive offer . Previous L61 offer -> Base -> 34 STocks -> 80k usd Joining bonus -> 6 Lakhs ( for 2 years ) . got to have a connect with my hiring manager to discuss role and tech stack and also raised my concern about my level and offer by microsoft . He was good person , he listen to me carefully , and acknowledged . 2 days after it i got revised offer letter , level moved to L62 . Base 40 LPA , Stocks -> 120 k USD , JB - 9 Lakhs . Hi, Have got an offer from MS YOE : 3.8 years Previous TC : 28.3L (Base) + 10L Esops One of the oldest / biggest Unicorn startup in India MS Compensation Base : 36L Stocks : 78K (4 Years vested) Bonus : 20% Total Compensation : ~59L Havnt received Joining Bonus, since the recruiter mentioned, that I am getting a good base for L62 with given YOE, so they would not be able to provide. Please help understand if this looks good from MS PS : I had accepted the offer with above TC(didnt had competing offer that time), do have a competing offer from a unicorn startup now.
