Role and life is pretty comfortable in Hyderabad. Office is in walking distance and no traffic. Great rental apartment with greenary around. Not that big of an increment in moving to kotak. ( Overall 60k PM after tax). 3 months notice period in Kotak.

I have recently interview with kotak for SDE-2 position There were 3 rounds in total First Round : Taken by Barraiser Second Round : This was focued on data structures only Third Round : Design a notification system + lld of one of the component and db design also to design all the apis.

It is a mere 9.28 % hike from my current. Request suggestion from community, would it be wise to consider it looking at current job market or stay put and look for better?
