Software engineering salaries

My offered base salary is 20 LPA (Excluding PF and Gratuity). I will receive a joining bonus of 8 Lakhs (4 Lakhs in 1st month, 4 Lakhs in 13th month). The variable/performance bonus depends on company performance, averaging 10% as per HR. My total compensation (Fixed + Bonus + PF) is 26 LPA.
