The sign-on bonus is a one-time joining bonus (paid as per policy). This is a very strong fixed-pay heavy offer. I will have no dependency on annual variable for cash flow. This offer represents a big jump from my current CTC, especially on the fixed component. The setup is hybrid with limited office days.
