Offer from Google India I currently work at an Investment bank in Mumbai having 8 YoE. I have received an offer from Google for L3. Hiring was for L4 but one design interview didn't go well so HC decided to offer L3. My Current CTC: 33LPA fixed and 10% bonus and Google's offer is 48 LPA including stocks and bonus. Google's base salary is less than my current base. I don't see much growth in my current firm and also work is not exciting that is the reason I am thinking about Google's offer. Need suggestions on the offer Questions: Can I still negotiate on any components (as the recruiter said this is the max they can go)? What is the promotion cycle and how difficult to get promoted from L3 to L4 and how many months does it take on avg? is it a good offer to join as I already have 8 YoE?
