Secured an offer from Google in September 2024 with a base salary of ₹35 LPA and total compensation of ₹75 LPA, including stock options, relocation package, sign-on bonus, PF+gratuity.

Hi all, I've got this email from Google two weeks back, what should I expect? Context - I got interviewed at Google 4-5 months ago for university grad role [India]. Some of my friends who got interviewed with me got the offer few days back [but they didn't get this email, instead they were asked to give some other information for example address and all].  Please throw light on possibilites as the recruiter is not replying to email (he/she is not replying to email of selected candidates also). Regards

Whether to join Google? I currently have 2.5 YOE in a good product base company (non FAANG) and have to decide whether to join Google at L3? It will be a pay cut in base pay although with 1st year (38%) stock it will be 2-3 lac more on my current CTC. Is it worth it?
