Offer (verbally discussed) - Fixed - 20L Stocks - 10L Sign on - 2L Variable - 10-15% TC - 35L I've another offer Fixed - 28.6LPA CTC - 31.5 LPA (difference is variable) YOE - 3.5 Current - 15.5LPA Fixed + 50k (insurance etc.) Google didn't seem too pleased after hearing the offer but I feel Google name will help me a lot as I'm from a core branch, but the difference is quite a lot.
