Have a salary negiotiation round comming up for Analyst role with goldman sach hr. How much can I ask for to not get low balled.

I received an offer from GS, and the HR mentioned a bonus of 7-8 lakhs. But, this bonus is not included in the offer letter. The HR said that the bonus depends on team, individual, and company performance. If all performance metrics are favorable, do employees usually receive the full bonus amount? Also, does GS provide hikes on the bonus separately, given that it is not a percentage of the base salary?

Round 1: DSA round with interviewer on CoderPad, 1 medium and 1 Hard Question. 1hr duration. Round 2: DSA round with interviewer on CoderPad, 1 medium and 1 hard Question. 1hr Duration Round 3: 30 mins Resume Discussion (on projects) and 30 mins DSA round, they asked 1 hard question on binary search. Round 4: System Design: Design an online ordering system where an online request (order) can go through multiple stages. Round 5: Hiring Manager Round: Asked me about my projects.
