Software engineering salaries

I received an offer for an L3 lead engineer role at Freshworks. My base salary is 50 LPA. The offer includes RSUs worth $28k over 4 years, which is approximately 5.81 LPA annually (assuming 1 USD = 83 INR). I have 6 years of experience.

I am seeking advice on salary negotiation with Freshworks. My experience is 5 YOE for a Senior Software Engineer role. I want to know a reasonable fixed pay and total compensation to ask for. I am seeking guidance on prioritizing fixed salary versus variable pay, bonus, or equity/RSUs. I am also interested in other negotiable items such as sign-on bonus, stock, joining bonus, notice payout, title, and role level. I am requesting Freshworks-specific tips regarding interview level mapping, compensation structure, and areas of flexibility.

I applied through LinkedIn. The interview process included: One DSA round with medium-level questions. One system design round covering LLD and HLD. A managerial round focusing on my previous work experience. I received an offer for Fixed CTC - 22 LPA. There is no joining bonus or stocks included in the offer. I am considering negotiating for 27 LPA.
