Advice needed for HR round with Fidelity Investments I’m currently working in an investment bank as a software engineer. My current CTC is ~ 21-22LPA (18 Fixed + Bonus). I’m in discussion with Fidelity Investments for a grade-5 position (Lead Software Engineer) Can anyone suggest, what number can I quote ? YOE : 5 years
