My Years of Experience (YoE) is 4.5. My current company is IBM ISL and my current compensation is 21.6 LPA (All fixed). F5 Networks has offered me the role of Software Engineer III in Bengaluru. The fixed component of the offer is 26.8 LPA, which includes 25 LPA Base and 1.8 LPA PF. The variable component is 2.5 LPA (10%). RSUs are valued at $26000, vesting over 3 years with quarterly vesting. The total CTC is approximately 36.91 LPA (26.8 lacs fixed + 2.5 lacs variable + 7.2 lacs from RSUs). Additional benefits include 2000/month for internet and a well-being subsidy. I am unsure if this offer is a lowball and am debating whether to accept it since I currently have no other offers. I am also considering if renegotiation is possible later if I accept and receive a better offer elsewhere.
