Software engineering salaries

Is Epam Good Decision to Join from a product based company? I am working since 6 years have salary of 20Lpa. I do not have any other offer, other than epam they are offering 100% hike. Can i resign based on this offer?

EPAM SSE offer details: Salary: 50L (including gratuity + Retirals) Relocation: 50K Signing Bonus: 3L Total comp (Salary + Bonus + Stock): 55L

Recently gave interview for EPAM Systems for the position of Java Software Engineer for gurgaon location. Years Of Experience :- 4+ years Product Experience College :- Tier 2 Current Compensation :- 22L + 6L (Stocks vesting this year) = 28L Offered :- 33L (PF Gratuity included)+2L (joining bonus)

EPAM offered a job with the following details: Salary: ₹45,00,000 Relocation: ₹1,00,000 Signing Bonus: ₹5,00,000 Total comp (Salary + Bonus + Stock): ₹50,00,000 first year

Education: Btech in ECE Years of Experience: 6 Current Compensation: 40 L CTC Prior Experience: e-commerce

Is offer a lowball as per SSE level ?
