Software engineering salaries

My current Years of Experience (YoE) is 4.5 years. The offer is from Eightfold AI for a Senior Engineer role in Bangalore. The base salary offered is 51 LPA. I will receive a performance bonus of 7.5 LPA. The offer also includes ESOPs: 3030 units vesting over 4 years (750 units per year). My first-year CTC is stated as 58 LPA + ESOPs. I am evaluating if it's worth shifting from Amazon to Eightfold AI. I am seeking information on the valuation of the ESOPs and insights into a potential IPO within the next 2 years.

My CTC for this offer is 80L. My base salary is 28L. I am offered 11L in stocks (not yet listed). The remaining amount of 41L is listed as benefits.
