Coding assesment(LC med-hard), psychiatric assesment, coding rounds(LC med-hard + production quality coding) and engineering manager round(In depth knowledge of jargons used in experience/cv). Finally the performance of all these round is reviewed by CEO/COO for final approval. Tip: Coding rounds are not generic dsa based rounds. You solve the given question, upon which you are given more extensions of the problems. Good coding standards are need to be kept in mind to easily decompose functionalities and extend the solution on new requirements. Be mindful of using jargons in managerial rounds as you will be taken in-depth based on what you say.
