Coindcx is offering a SDE-1 (L2) position with a base salary of Rs 30,00,000 and a bonus of Rs 2.35 lakh. The total compensation package includes relocation and signing bonuses. Planning to reject the offer due to other factors. Please help me with the offer. Is it good one or shall I negotiate with HR?
