My base salary offer is 32 LPA. I will receive a bonus of 2.56 LPA (8% of Base). I am being offered 2600 stock units over 3 years, valued at $18 per share, which is approximately 13 LPA. My perks include Cab Reimbursements, Mobile/Wifi Reimbursements, 1000 INR per month for wellness, and Medical Insurance.

I have 3.5 years of experience. I am currently an SDE-2 at Inmobi. I have received an offer from Cohesity for an MTS-2 role. I am seeking advice on what to ask for or the maximum band for MTS-2. I am also trying for an MTS-3 role.

I received an offer for the MTS-2 (Backend Engg.) role at Cohesity in Pune. The compensation includes a base salary of 31 LPA (including PF). It also includes 2.85 LPA variable pay and 2400 RSU units vested over 3 years. My overall total compensation offered is 42 LPA. I am considering rejecting this offer due to the perceived low compensation.

Offer received from Cohesity. The role involves working around data storage and file systems, a domain I prefer over embedded systems. Compensation includes a base salary of 23.32 LPA, a bonus of 1.76 LPA, and ESOPs valued at 30 lakhs over 3 years.
