Software engineering salaries

I received an offer from Cleartrip for a UI Developer 1 role. My years of experience are approximately 1.6 years. The offer details are: Base Salary: 16.5 LPA Bonus: 1.65 LPA Stocks: ~1.75 LPA Total Compensation: ~20 LPA I am seeking opinions on this offer, particularly regarding how it compares for my experience level, the engineering culture at Cleartrip, work-life balance, and growth and learning opportunities.

I received an offer from Cleartrip for an SDE 1 role. My years of experience are 1.8 years. The base salary offered is 20 LPA. I will receive a performance bonus of 2-4 LPA. There is also a stock bonus of 7-8 LPA, vesting over 4 years (ESOP). The total compensation for the 1st year is approximately 22-24 LPA cash, plus stock vesting, making the total package around 25.88 LPA. The job is located in Bangalore.

I recently received a job offer from Cleartrip for the SDE-1 role. Base Salary: 22 LPA Variable Pay: 2.2 LPA ESOPs: 7-8 lakhs over 4 years (approximately 1.875 LPA annually)

The interview was for SDE 2. There were a total of 4 rounds (3 Technical + 1 Hiring Manager) Round 1 -> Technical -> Machine Coding (2.5 hrs) Round 2 -> Technical -> DSA (1 hr) Round 3 -> Technical -> System Design (1hr) Round 4 -> Hiring Manager (30min)
