I had an Online Assessment with two medium-hard DP problems; I solved one completely and one partially. The Screening Round consisted mostly of behavioural questions and discussions about my past experience. The DSA Round involved a LeetCode Medium-level problem related to string subsequences. In the Design Round, I designed a Reservation System, including class structure, flow, and deep discussions on design choices. The Hiring Manager Round was mostly behavioural, focusing on why I wanted to switch within 2 months of my previous move and discussing trade-offs between NoSQL and RDBMS for a given scenario. The offer felt like a lowball, as the base was calculated using my first company’s compensation and included only a 30% hike on that. The total compensation (TC), after factoring in stock components, ended up being less than my first company’s package.
